You are strictly prohibited from modifying, modifying, replicating, distributing, or creating derivative works of our physical products or digital assets. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any hardware components, custom firmware, or interactive software systems embedded within QOLRAY products.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (Right to Refuse & Order Cancellation)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Shipping & Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions:
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect technical, handling, or shipping specifications, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or revise any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a full refund to your original payment method.
SECTION 7 - ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND GUEST CHECKOUT
To place an order, you may choose to create a registered user account on our platform or proceed as a guest by providing the necessary identifier and delivery information. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove/edit content at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. SECTION 16 - PRODUCT VARIATIONS & CRAFTSMANSHIP DISCLAIMER
Many of our products are individually manufactured utilizing advanced additive manufacturing (3D printing), custom electronic assemblies, and hand-finishing techniques. Consequently, minor variations in surface texture, color shading, layer lines, and minor structural characteristics are inherent to the production process and do not constitute manufacturing defects or product non-conformity. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the physical product delivered may slightly vary from the promotional images displayed on the website.
SECTION 17 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
All physical items purchased from QOLRAY LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the third-party carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS). We are not responsible for delivery delays, transit damages, or lost shipments caused by the shipping carrier.

International Orders, Taxes, and Duties:
If you order products for delivery outside the United States, they may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage fees levied once the package reaches the specified destination. All such additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. QOLRAY LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
SECTION 18 - FORCE MAJEURE
QOLRAY LLC shall not be liable or responsible to the customer, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Terms when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation: acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, war, industrial or supply chain disruptions, shortage of raw materials or manufacturing filaments, global shipping congestion, logistics strikes, or government orders.
