Because each product requires unique assembly, software flashing, and testing, specific handling times are listed on each individual product page. Once shipped, transit takes 1-4 business days via Fast-Express shipping, and 4-11 business days via our Free Shipping option, depending on your location.
Due to the highly bespoke nature of items created with personalized text, custom logos, or specific technical configurations, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse. Non-personalized, standard catalog items can be returned within 30 days if completely unused and in their original packaging.
We’ve got you covered. We package our delicate hardware with extreme care, but if your item arrives broken or defective, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video of the damage. Once verified, we will immediately fast-track a brand-new replacement from our workshop at zero cost to you.
Absolutely! Bringing custom projects and bespoke ideas to life is what we love to do at Qolray. You can send your logo or custom artwork via email in vector format (.AI, .SVG, .CDR or .PDF). We will thoroughly analyze your concept, optimize it for hardware manufacturing, and share a custom design preview with you.
Yes, design transparency is a fundamental rule for us. For all personalized and bespoke orders, we send a digital design blueprint (mock-up) for your formal approval before any cutting, assembly, or soldering begins in the workshop. Production only starts once you are 100% satisfied with the preview.
